Monday evening
Dinner at 6pm
8pm – Worship (Note – this is a new innovation, first tried in 2019. The opening worship should include a rite of welcome for newcomers and a way to help members of Prairie Group reconnect with one another.) There is not a paper read as per our new practice.
Tuesday
8am – Breakfast
9am – Worship & Announcements
9:30 am First Paper and Response
Noon – Lunch
1:00 PM – Second Paper & Response
3:00 – Free Time (hike the hill)
5:30 – dinner
8:00 – 9:00 Aesthetics Program (Aesthetics is asked to design a response to the topic in a creative way; whether through liturgy, art, spiritual practice, etc.)
Wednesday
8am – Breakfast
9:00am – Worship & Announcements
9:30 am – Third paper and response
Noon – Lunch
1:00 pm – Fourth Paper and Response
3:00 pm – Free Time
6:00 – Dinner
8:00 – Business Meeting
